This full-time position manages the Advanced STEM Certificate programs at the National Institute for STEM Education, a division of Accelerate Learning, Inc. The Manager of Advanced STEM Certificates ensures successful implementation of the current NCST / NCSE Certification programs and manages development of new advanced certification programs. This part-time, contracting position supports NISE certification programs by facilitating and supporting the work of campuses as they participate in the National Certificate for STEM Excellence certification program. The NISE Campus STEM Leadership coaches assume responsibility for guiding campuses through the NCSE, ensuring that they successfully complete all program requirements and have a high quality learning experience. The STEM Consultant, reporting to the STEM Implementation Specialist/Regional STEM Consultant, will deliver training for districts/schools on STEMscopes curriculum products.
Essential duties and responsibilities include working with our team to implement launch trainings to users of curriculum products developed by Accelerate Learning/STEMscopesTM, informing the STEM Implementation Specialist and Regional STEM Consultant of
professional development opportunities to create sales, working to present STEM Instructional Practices Professional Development Workshops, and attending conferences as needed.
